A blend of cool upper Yarra vineyards (all MV6 Clone). Hand-picked grapes undergo a cold soak before crushing, retaining 30% whole bunch. Traditional winemaking techniques include wild yeast fermentation, foot plunging, open ferment and natural MLF. Aged for 10 months on full lees in only 10% new oak, balance 1-2 years old, with no additions except SO2. Bottled by gravity, un-fined and unfiltered. 

Tasting notes: Deep crimson red in colour, this wine has a soft perfumed nose with brambly red berry fruits. It builds complexity with a gentle amount of charry oak nuances in the background. The palate displays round and sweet red and dark fruits with a fine tannin profile; flavours continue fanning out with the fresh acid and mineral drive.
