Hand-picked with the family, this Syrah Rosé was foot-stomped then barrel fermented, on lees, in old oak for 8 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.

Tasting notes: Textured and slightly creamy Rosé with upfront strawberry and cranberry fruit flavours. The savoury background makes this wine super balanced and the perfect vino for Summer (or anytime, really!).
