This one is close to the family and is a blend of 2021 vintage Chardonnay with a reserve base wine from 2015, the year Maddie was born. The wine was bottle fermented in the traditional Champagne method and spent four years ageing on yeast before we recently disgorged it with a low dosage of 4 g/l.

It’s got Maddie’s personality all over it. Bright, lively and full of charm, with a fine bead and aromas of apple blossom, freshly baked pastries and just a touch of wood smoke. The palate is fresh and creamy with citrus, apple and those subtle baked-good notes. Beautifully balanced, incredibly drinkable and one of the best sparkling wines I’ve made, so please don’t miss it.
