There are only very small quantities of this Rosé - I make it every year but it’s rarely offered via the website.

This is made in a richer, fuller style - barrel fermented in old barriques with wild yeast; bottled unfined and unfiltered after 10 moths on full less.

The resulting wine is beautifully fragrant and complex with rich ripe red apple, red berry fruits and creamy nutty aromas. The palate is textured and flavoursome, again showing the red berry fruits but combined with fresh acidity. It’s fresh, completely drinkable and perfect for spring and summer!
