2021 Cuvee Maddison Blanc de Blanc - Yarra Valley  (100% Chardonnay)
90% 2021 Vintage + 10% 2015 Vintage reserve base

This Sparkling wine is bottled fermented as the traditional Champagne's are with a total of 4 years ageing on yeast. It was very recently disgorged (yeast removal) and has a low dosage level of 4g/l.

The resulting wine is vivacious (like Maddie!) with a beautiful fine bead. There's aromas of apple blossom, freshly baked pastries with a hint of wood smoke. The palate is fresh and creamy with citrus and apple flavours and notes of baked goods. It’s creamy and has a lovely freshness of acidity to finish.

This is stunning and just so so drinkable - please don’t miss it.

2025 Limited Release Syrah Rose’ - Yarra Valley 

Syrah from the Fin de la Terre Vineyard was picked and pressed by the girls and I.

It’s wild fermented in old oak and left on lees for 8 months, which makes it a much more complex creamy Rose than some of the more traditional styles. 

It is a beautiful blush pink with vibrant aromas of strawberry & other red berry fruits. It’s full and creamy in the palate where n red summer berries combine with beautiful fresh acidity.. Great by the pool but has the weight and complexity to pair with a summer lunch. Get it before Cath drinks it all!
